No New Posts 2014 Water Increase Official Records Request

SLohA captured an increase of 20% to the separate water consumption charge in the 2015-6 budget. Why?

Per Covenant/Contract, SLohA is a bulk buyer of water. Water usage is metered at the wellhead. It is a common expense and assessed as a separate flat fee to each parcel.

This board was added because there appears to be discussion by Board on taking a different direction on water billing. The Covenants, which are pending revitalization as of 10/16, do not authorize charging owners for personal water use.
