I do think stupid can not be fixed..And I say this in the must kindness way..lol I get a letter from the management and it says I need to paint my stumps and that if I could not do it they could for 95.00 dollars..Then I need to go pick up a certified letter are you kidding me for a notice of a stump to be painted ..I felt intimidated and like I did something wrong..And I can give you all the reasons why.. 1.I am getting ready to leave and I get a notice pressure I do not need..I been here all winter and now you tell me..Okay I can not control that ..Then you get to go for ride to the post office and pickup your certified letter from the your management leader.. 2..Why the hell are we sending certified mail at $8.00+ 700=$5600 each 3. plus office time to fill them out.. 4.It not polite to try and overcharge someone because of there lack of awareness because you can intimate.. because you are a bully shame on you "Scaring and old person" That person you are shaking down could be my mom or dad .. 5.I think someone need to get in front of this before someone gets hurt.. "I DO NOT MEAN HURT IN VIOLENT WAY"
The best thing to do with Cert. Mail from SLohA is ignore it. If you get your mail here in SLR and you are in park there is no need to go to town and waste your time, its a duplicate of what was sent to your POB and in 99.99% of the time this one can also be ignored. Manager never follows through and there is no provision for them to make you pay for anything. I'm painting my stump orange next Monday and there isn't a damn thing anyone can do about it.
I noticed that on QW there are only 4 to 5 trash stumps that have been painted. I wonder if that street is exempt from the wrath of the office witch and her demanding 14 day notice letter?

In a prosecution for Giving False Information Concerning the Commission of a Crime, a crime actually occurs, but the accused knowingly gives false information concerning it.

I just saw that pimple faced forked tonged lot lizard in SLR on a Saturday, IT is in here both days of the weekend every week. That nasty vindictive sociopath melonee kummkow has no life and nothing better to do with her self than disrupt our weekends in SLR. We need to ______________, and then ban her from the resort permanently (by Admin: ...on weekends) All she has done in our community is disrupt people and make trouble. notice to melonee: STAY OUT OF SLR ON THE WEEKENDS BITCH.

Deperate to demonstrate and regain control of "her" park, her presence is designed to intimidate owners by saying
This is the act of desperation and fear of losing control (i.e. the illusion of control).
Reminds me of employees in corporations who will not take a day off or a vacation for fear something will be discovered in their work product during their absence that they are not present to defend (lie about).

And while we are on the topic of losers with no lives, I have noticed one BOD norley D out puffing away, cigarette after cigarette. This is what he always does when he knows he has trouble on the horizon. That guy will be too ashamed to show his face in broad daylight before too much longer. Hear me now, believe me later.

What the heck in going on in SLR on Saturdays? Our Manager was seen "Painting A SLR Stump"... Was this Paint Job done because of her kind & loving heart, like maybe to help a fellow senior human being, on a fixed income? I sure hope so. People sometimes do "See The Burning Bush" and have a "Spiritual Awakening". But not The Devil...made me do it!!!

Well Well Well, it seems the State Attorney IS paying attention after all! The State Attorney's Office called for Discovery about the FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN TO LAW ENFORCEMENT & TAMPERING W/AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION. I am set to speak to a Judge on that very topic in the very near future. I can hardly contain my joy! To quote a line from the movie Forest Gump....Stupid is as Stupid does! Have a pleasant vacation M. e. l.! Let's hope that this information gets transferred to the Department that holds M. e. l.'s license. Giving false information to Law Enforcement, ordering a staff person to damage a resident's property as noted in a Polk County police report of May 2014, using her position to threaten and intimidate employees who talk to certain residents within S-bag, and, misguide the SLohA Board regarding her management decisions. Hmm, can anyone else add to this list?

I sure hope the truth clears your name in future, and others get what they deserve. One year of service cleaning Polk County toilets and picking up trash in the medium strip, while wearing a new black and white striped jump suit.

It appears that the court shone a bright and uncomfortable light on Animal Control and its methods. As a result, Animal Control recognizes its failure to protect citizens' "due process" and will have to make internal adjustments. Your innocence has been vindicated in this first phase and you are now well-prepared to pursue IT for fabricating a false report if that is what you choose to do.
It takes someone with courage and commitment to cH allenge a "lazy" system and not just accept an unexamined version of justice for expediency's sake. You rock!

It takes someone with courage and commitment to cH allenge a "lazy" system and not just accept an unexamined version of justice for expediency's sake. You rock! Thank you Ms. Baglady! Coming from linage of 3 Veteran's of Foreign Wars and Law Enforcement I have been guided with truth and integrity my entire life. It's amazing the lessons I was taught not only from my Father but all the way back to my Great Grand Father that guided me in Court and in my daily life.
My victory in Court yesterday came as no surprise, having a good understanding of the Law, The Constitution, and the Legal System is what guided me to stand my ground and not retreat to a simple way out such as pleading "No Contest" that was never an option I would consider.
As a result, not only did Animal Control lose their side of my case, but, my defense uncovered a major flaw in the citation itself that even had BOTH State Prosecutor's speechless. My Defense showed that not only were gross errors made in the way Animal Control failed to understand the language on the citation but that signing the citation itself was in fact a violation of my Constitutional rights. I truly believe that my defense attorney is going to pursue this matter further. Animal Control most likely WONT be able to write ANY citations until the process of changing the charging citations are rewritten to reflect that one is innocent until proven guilty, this is NOT the case the way the form reads now however and that was the reason for my refusal to sign along with errors made in regards to information written on the citation itself by Animal Control. I also did my own Discovery, Animal Control provided all Documents upon request and even waived the fee for records retrieval when I asked the Supervisor to waive fees. I will also say that one thing the Court notices is someone NOT telling the truth, it's very obvious to the Judge and when that is seen the ones not telling the truth are exposed.
So, still to this day my history on the books shows NO CRIMINAL HISTORY, not even a Parking Ticket, just as it has always been.
Special Thanks to *J. H. Grnt Sr. - *J. H. Grnt Jr. - *D.R. Grnt *(all posthumously) and my Defense Attorney

As this most recent incident of lies and harassment is coming to a conclusion regarding M. e. l. and the dog forgery episode, I urge you to send a copy of the courts conclusion to ALL SLohA Board members. Reason? To go on record that THEY are individually liable for not protecting residents rights. Again, this incident with the police report showing that M. e. l. ordered an employee to damage another resident's property and coupled with the fact that another police report shows that M. e. l. continued to employ him even after he admitted to the Polk County Sheriff that he meant to intimidate and threaten burning down some one's home within S-bag, might, just might, give one or two Board members to rethink their own involvement AND PERSONAL LIABILITY.

Here is another shining example of how inept Melonhead Creaow is as a manager, Dbag claims "IT'S MANDATORY" that Maint. sprays poison chemicals on the flowering vines along the fence behind my home. She even gave the order to spray with people in direct wind drift of the chemical on a windy day.
If it is so "MANDATORY" as Dbag Browndstain claims, then why have these limbs been growing through the fence around our Storage Building for the past 3 years?Attachment Deleted

Once again I must point out another FAIL by Miss Management, today a fence contractor was in the greenway behind my house looking to replace a few missing barb wire holders on the chain link fence.
The barb wire holders have been missing since 2007 to present. Interesting that with all the CAPS patrols that this has never been corrected.
What is truly interesting is that the manager also contracted a fence company to replace the fence fabric @ the Maintenance yard, the company hired did a poor and incomplete job. Items that were not done correctly as follows A. Corner posts were not straightened first B. Top and bottom wire incorrectly fastened or not fastened at all C. Missing corner clamps and bolts D. Barbed wire not tightened E. Fence fabric woven incorrectly where 2 different rolls of fence are joined together
The manager failed to call back the contractor to do the job correctly, a job WE ALL PAYED FOR!
The manager fails to follow through and inspect each job WE hire out to a contractor, this is a very poor performance on the managers part and I would consider these things as a breach of contract and have the manager terminated from being in our community. The manager knows little to nothing about every job that has been bid and WE, Saddlebaggers are paying for poor workmanship at top rate prices.
Want to see our operating expenses go down? Join as a community and pressure OUR Board of Directors to stop the waste and rid our community of Stmbg Ixx Inc. and his agent, the manager MK.
There are much more reputable and dedicated management companies we could hire that would respect the people and the money WE PAY them to do the job hired for and nothing else.
Stand up Saddlebaggers, do you want continued wasting of our reserves? Do you want higher and higher fees? I already know MY answer.....HELL NO!

I think that your neighbor who is selling and who has also entered into a malicious and frivolous lawsuit against you had a lot to do with having a contractor through the manager come out. Since the manager, D b. and prez. peet where told by the Sheriffs deputy to stay out of the Grants back yard last fall when the manager gave to order to spray herbicide against your demands and subsequently has been cited by the Florida Dept. of Ag. which may result in SLohA paying a $10,000 fine.
I agree with you, Mr. Grnt, this manager and her boss need to go.
