66 Silversides with the porch is 60' the very same as Longes, Thompsons, WoodRooffs etc. Without the porch, it is 24' x 48', 1100 square feet. It looks bigger because it is so high, they had to set it according to M. e. l.'s instructions, that is why it is so high. I think your new home looks lovely, people are envious but that is their personal problem. They should not covet!

I believe the County tells the Contractor the minimum elevation the house can be set. It varies through out the park. I believe a Benchmark was created and enforced after the floods. Cheers!

Here's another example--a repost--of selective enforcement. Did this owner get a Violations Letter from the Mange or have their Trash Returned to Sender? Actually, 24' X 48' = 1,152 sq. ft.
