CHUG has, at long last, posted most of the SLohA governing documents online in a pdf file. I like to call it the "Pinkbook" because, it is not inclusive of ALL SLohA documents--falling short of being a Redbook. The many irregularities in this new 2014 version have already been noted elsewhere in this thread and recorded in SLohA's Official Record via correspondence to the Board.
It is missing:
3 Declarations of Covenants--one for each of the Unit Plats for SLR from the 1970's
1 Amendment to Covenants in 1986. (This was the first illegal document which added an amendatory provision to the Declarations of the 1970's. There is no provision in the 1970's Declarations to amend the Declarations.)
If anyone is interested in reviewing the missing documents or, if anyone wants to supply an attorney with a COMPLETE set of documents, it has already been published under this thread as the UNOFFICIAL Redbook--which mirrors the Polk County Recordation of documents.
You may recall that correspondence was sent to the Board in May 2014 detailing the discrepancies between the previously-recorded rules and the ones recorded in 2014. This correspondence was never answered by the Board. The author of the correspondence received a lengthy reply signed by the Rulebook Committee Chairman, Mik Lanoose on plain paper (Not on SLohA letterhead). There was not even a copy marked to the Board of Directors.
This detailed response asserted "multiple inputs" and acknowledged that many rules were never ballotted and went on to muse:
All I know for sure is the the Board is on formal notice of the many errors and omissons, has never assumed accountability for the errors and the errors have simply been kicked down the road for another Board or a court of law to sort out someday.

"No one can assert with any accuracy why the above errors occurred. The general consensus is that human error was to blame. Was it clerical error at SLohA? Was it a clerical error at Polk County?? Did someone cut and paste inaccurately?? Again, no one knows for sure, ...
