Committee reported NO OPERATIONS MANAUALS for Water, Sewage and Elctc and Board directed that manuals be developed and available "by 2nd Monday in October"  Motion passed,

Trading Post operators approved for 1986-87 season.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Covenants.  The Bylaws Committee gave a presentation about the revision to the Covenants while the Ballots were being counted.

This meeting was called to report the results of the Special Ballot on the Revised Covenants:  it was reported that the Revised Covenants failed in all three districts (Affirmative 69.8%, 69.7% and 72.2%).  According to the belief of the Board at that time, 75% affirmative votes were need to accept the revisions. 

The proposed Rule change 4.20 passed with 66% (required only 50% of the entire membership of 790 at that time).
