This meeting was to tally the ballots and announce the result of the Covenants revision on the Adult Park (55+)amendment.
The Covenants revision received 76%; the Board passed it believing it needed 75% affirmative. The vote was not broken into three units but aggregated--in error--to a single count.
The "Usage and Occupant Controls" item also passed with 75% (needing 50% of the entire membership.) Reference is made to "Overnight guests must be registered" so presumably that was the provision voted on.
