Your Admin just installed a New Feature which comes in very handy for archived Minutes: a summary of the thread contents!
You must go to the thread to read the description!
In the case of the Minutes, it is very handy to see a summary of the Minutes in the thread description. (You will not see this in the "Recent Posts" ... you must click on the Thread itself.)
