President’s Message April
Over the course of the last month those of us on the Board of Directors as well as Management and Staff have been cH allenged to review our values and to take a good look at where our priorities lie.
We have mourned with Jhn Crmee at the loss of his wife, Jew-D an we have been shaken by Tummy Blkbrn’s diagnosis of cancer. We have marvelled at the possibilities of healing and we have witnessed the miracle of new life in the birth of Kaarl and Toneesha Shrodr’s healthy, new, baby boy.
In the face of these issues we are reminded that we need to focus on how truly fortunate we are to be able to enjoy those things that are truly important in life. It is to be hoped, but not assured, that all will be able to gather together again next winter to enjoy the wonderful times that we share at S-bag. Life in the park goes on in a quieter and less busy way and there are decisions to be made and actions to be taken but it would serve us well, I believe, if we could step back and evaluate what we have in S-bag Lake Resort. If we could keep a clear perspective of what is really important, we would put aside our petty complaints and display nothing but the joy that we share as part of this wonderful community.
We have moved past the division caused over Revitalization and while we do not yet have approval for the reinstatement of our regulations, we are confident that we will see that process move forward within the next couple of weeks. We are feeling a renewed confidence in the future of the resort and a very positive feeling that with cooperation and understanding we can deal with whatever issues the future may hold.
