I noticed a Item enclosed in the above May Check Register:
CASH DISBURSEMENTS (Pg.#1) Report #3813
Polk County Board of County Commissioner Ck. Date: 5/03/16 Ck. # 4846
"Invoice Tower Permit" Amount Paid: $1491.72 Fee For Permits ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well Now!
It seems KCNetwork & SLohA have finally "tidy-up" and reached an Agreement on KCNetwork's Commercial Internet Towers, located on SLR's Common Property.
The SLR's Owners pay the "cost" for Bb's KCNetwork's Commercial Towers....

This also was not on the Agenda under the new Category "MONKEY BUSINESS".
I have asked Frd to do what is legally prudent and reasonable to cH allenge/sequester these kind of bogus expenses to owners to pay our assessment dollars for a non-authorized seizure and for-profit use of our common property for the benefit of a commercial enterprise and its investors.
This goes way beyond "tidying up"--this is outrageous and if permitted by owners to continue, has no end in sight!

Actually, there should be another expense somewhere on SLohA's books with respect to the County's approval of the towers. Remember that SLohA also had to apply for a zoning variance from the County Planning Commission last year. There would have been an application fee. That fee is supposed to cover the Planning Department's out-of-pocket costs to mail out the Notice of Public Hearing to the abutting property owners and to publish this Notice in the newspaper of record, as required by state law. Additionally, there is the cost of commissioning Robber Haug to prepare the engineers drawings that were submitted to the County Building Department There is also the charge from the contractor that the Board used to obtain the building permits under his license

Actually SLohA has "many expenses" that the Owner's in S-bag Paid in connection with KCnets Towers on our common property. We have assisted KCNetwork (Bb Staaib) From Day One and to Present.
These "expenses" were all Board Approved behind Closed Doors, and the Owners may never know the total amount of SLR's Owners money spent on this joint adventure...
I.M.O., Bb Staaib's KCNetwork and SLohA's Board involvement is:
