55financials_sloa_for_period_ending_7.31.16.pdf (370.88 KB)
...Legal Fees $42,557 in one month (Y-to-D $52,560 which is overbudget for the entire year by $22K) and SLohA is only 3 months into the fiscal year!
...Legal (Liens & Foreclosure got credited back, by what mechanism is anyone's guess. We NEVER get a Treasurer's Report at BOD meetings)
...$469.56 --SLohA appears to have added a "Building Line Item" Contract Service which was not funded in the budget.
...$179.85 to Athomenet Inc for the website that was represented as costing Owners $80/mo. At least this contract was discussed with Owners, but no one thought it would be so costly...
...over $4600 in credit card charges "misc items"
...$1262 to ANTX for "water monitoring". Is this what Chap referred to as "water monitoring in the office"?
...$831.50 out of RESERVES Schedule F-Misc. No reference or charge is shown on the RESERVE Report. This is the KCNET account for his towers. This is probably a charge related to KCNet's Towers.

Bear in mind that modular homes were permitted by Polk County in 1994. If you want to pursue an injunction, you might benefit from the name "Frd O'N eel (Attny)", who is currently litigating the appeal and knows all about S-bag's documents. A knowlegable and persistent lay individual can file the injunction without a lawyer.
