SLohA Board of Directors Meeting
December 14, 2016
The air conditioning unit for bathhouse #2 will be replaced. The lowest bid was accepted from Ridge Energy Savers in the amount of $3,000.
President leery listerine announced that the association’s attorney communicated that SLohA has been fully absolved of any wrongdoing in the discrimination cH allenge that has been litigated for the past year. The full text of

The director position vacated by the resignation of Pet er H all will remain unfilled for the remainder of the first year of the term and a vacancy for a two-year term will be added to the ballot of the upcoming elections for the Board of Directors.
With his resignation as treasurer of SLohA and board director, Pet er H all will be removed as signer for all SLohA bank accounts and the safe deposit box.
Dyeann Will i am son was elected by the board to serve in the capacity of treasurer until the next election of officers following the announcement of new directors at the association’s annual meeting on February 18, 2017.
With the ballot deadline closed on December 10th, T Roof announced the candidates for SLohA directors. For the three 3-year positions there are five candidates: Jhn GodWyn, Max Turner, leery listerine, Earnest Danley and Dave Dunk Key. Nunsee DerRandy is the only candidate for the 2-year term.
The Board of Directors approved the 2017-2018 Budget, to be ratified by the owners, on a vote of 5 in favor of the motion to approve and 3 against.
Tummy Blkbrn, leery listerine, T Roof, Dyeann Will i am son, Jade Rite, voted in favor. Clf Jnsn, Chrls Schlz, Frns Sm all, voted against. The opposition to the 2017-2018 budget as proposed was concern with the resort’s cash flow due to legal expenses and the desire to increase fees to insure adequate funds for the next budget year eliminating any potential for future special assessments.
