Kay c Ntwerk has violated the contract it made with you (and at least one other subscriber) and violated its own Terms of Service (TOS). There are many agreements described in KCNet’s TOS but Not One provision of the TOS states : “if Virginia hears a rumor that about you that she thinks is gross, you can be denied service”.
Not surprisingly, KCNetwork is not violating its Communications Site Agreement of Dec 2016 with S-bag Lake Owners Association. It did not agree to offer or promise to provide internet services to the S-bag owners! You know--the people who have this one-sided Lease shoved down their throats by the BOD. The ones who have had their common areas seized by BOD and other investors, giving them free use of owners' common property.
This one-sided and unfair agreement only promises to provide service to SLohA in two locations—the office and maintenance area.
Thanks your board for not protecting current and future S-bag subscribers from KCNetwork’s petty problems with targeted individuals.
Kay c Ntwerk is jeopardizing SLohA because it is obviously discriminating against a subscriber, citing “gross” as the reason for denial of service. This perpetuates the never-ending cycle of discrimination and harassment in S-bag. Due to The Board's cozy, one-sided lease agreement, it can now be presumed to be in bed with anything KCNet does and is apparently partnering with KCNetwork as a collective bullystick. S-bag now (as of Sept 2016) has a responsibility under HUD rules to intervene in a situation where it is aware that an owner is being targeted for harassment. This is called the “hostile environment rule”.
Does anyone think that KCNet will pay that legal bill?

You are a prepaid customer who has not violated the TOS. To cut you off, without notice or offer of refund, is not only despicable business practice, but it is ethically and morally distasteful. As a result of interrupted internet service, family members are unable to continue contact with each other as usual and this interruption in communication--and the stated reason for it--is unwarranted and mean! Gngr is residing alone, following knee surgery in October, until the new owner takes possession in April. She is unable to communicate with Lra and her family, as usual and this is quite disruptive to family relations.
This kind of treatment would be more understandable if it had come from the ex-con Bb stab, but it came from his wife, Virginia. Virginia-you should be ashamed!
Sadly, there is not much one can do about such arrogance and ignorance. Thank goodness the KCNet is not the only internet provider available to Saddlebaggers!
You think S-bag is over stepping their boundaries, well so is their private, for profit Internet provider. KCNETWORKS received our January payment. According to Virginia stab, she heard rumors about us that were (in her words) gross. And then she heard a rumor about us moving. So what does this woman who heads up S-bag's Ntwerk do, but cut off our service and refuse to reconnect us. Again, I say we paid our bill. We owe nothing. I have every bank check written to this KCNETWORK.
