What has happen with our BOD's Workshops? We have this important issue with "SLR/KCNet Sale Lease Agreement" that was taken Off the Agenda at the last regular Board Meeting. How come we are not having a Open Discussion about the Sale Lease Agreement.
If our present Board is having private meetings with 5 or more Members, it is a Official Business Meeting. The minutes and audio should be available to the residents.
This KCNet ISP in our community was wrong 5 yrs. ago and is still wrong today. The main player has a background with a Federal Fraud Conviction, fined and 33 months time served in a Federal Prison.
Bill Riceman (SLR's Legal Counsel) talked about the Co-Applicant (Mr. S ta ib) prior background at the Emergency Board Meeting held on July 31, 2015.
Lets get Real with this connection.

This board has not even discussed in a meeting or made a Motion and voted on a paying an attorney to draft a Sales/Lease Agreement. Maybe the attorney fee is free? They are doing as they have always done and have discussed in secret executive sessions or via personal email. Then, they will tell their attorney what they want and the owners will pay and get screwed twice!
This Sale/Lease is going to be rammed down owners' throats just like the mandatory internet parkwide issue that was defeated on ballot twice. This time around, as Kn Lws promised when he said "We can do it without your approval!", there will be no pesky owners telling the board what owners want. Some board members and ex-board members have undisclosed self-interest in KCNet. Owners who don't like it can pound sand or, as certain board members say "S u e ME"! Individual directors just might get their wish...
I suppose Owners will have to do an Official Records Request to read the Sale/Lease Agreement and demand to see Disclosures required by the Corporate law.

But, Mr. President, the Board of Directors factual track record tells us a very different story. You say that you seek wisdom to make the best decision for the greater good of SLR. The problem, Mr. President is the "wisdom you seek" is hollow.
The Board is only about winning. It is not about using "common sense"...... 16RC
