Just got the Notice. Amused (slightly) at how the attorneys always end their letters--even to another attorney-- ie "Please Govern Yourselves Accordingly." I mean, this letter was to a fellow ATTORNEY not even a mean demand letter to anybody! What would be the harm of signing off "Have a Nice Day"?

Whoops the second part just arrived in my email detailing the cost of the mediation meeting. Short story: $795 for half day meeting (Mediator fees) and, of course, I have to pay my own attorney at $250/hr +. Mediator has set aside full day for meeting but I suspect it will be short and unsweet.

According to the minutes posted of the BOD Workshop Nov 5th, BOD has to check in with my MRTA website to find out what is going on with the Mediation. They were unaware that they were scheduled to attend mediation in 9 days from then!
I received my notice on Nov 1st and was verbally notified the day before that. It is reasonable to assume that the mediation coordinator notified all parties at the same time.
Sure hope somebody shows up! Maybe I should send email reminders...
