Here are the properties that have sold since April 2013 through Nov 1, 2013 in SLR. Also included are the current properties "for sale" that are identifiable with signs. If you have not registered on the forum, you (as a Guest) will probably not be able to read the Sm all image. The website requires membership in order to download attachments. I have fiddled around trying to overcome this limitation, but cannot. So, if you want me to send you the attachments as a file, drop me an email: movinsue@gmail.comIf you prefer the anonymity of Guest status, you might consider registering just for attachments and viewing photos. You can still read and post as a Guest. Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

My Texas Offshore Oil Rig Roughneck friends are interested in SLR after one night here. They will be telling their other Oilfield guys they work with about SLR also.
They really liked the fact its a ghost town in the summer months when they take time away from work to relax. They liked my set up and the golf cart trails/streets.
Next guys to show up are my friends & Professional Tattoo Shop owners and client friends.
We have been talking about an SLR Tattoo Shop and a Motorcycle Storage & Shop.
I see the Future of SLR attracting people that are the kind to get what they want and do it while keeping it real.
For those MANBODS that think they control people lives, be afraid...BE VERY AFRAID!
YOU HAVE POKED THE BEAR ONE TO MANY TIMES AND NOW ITS ON LIKE DONKEY KONG

Don't forget to show them our lot right across from all the activities and pool. Wonderful location. We pay commission for sales.

Don't forget to show them our lot right across from all the activities and pool. Wonderful location. We pay commission for sales. Your lot wouldn't work for people wanting to relax, there is too much activity with meetings and post office comings and goings not to mention the lights are the wrong type for the swimming pool and there is to much flooding from over lighting the pool. Plus you can hear the constant CLANK of the horse shoe pits every morning.
PLUS THE POOR DRAINAGE IN THE AREA FROM A BAD PAVING JOB IS ALSO AN ISSUE. I would never consider taking a commission and would rather see the discount go to the buyer, I would never do that to my friends, for some of us money is not the motivator.

On the other hand...if an owner is coming seasonally in a motorhome or towing a trailer AND is very sociable AND not bringing a golf cart AND likes the look and sound of a fountain right outside their door...this might be a dandy location! You can walk to everything and get to know everybody and hear all the gossip! If you have a moho or trailer, you can always move it out of harm's way if flood conditions threaten.
It is also a very rentable location and attracted the same renter for several years. Actually, I parked my motorhome on this lot during my annual travels in and out of Florida and I loved it and waved to everybody passing by! I don't know what the heck you do can do about those intrusive pool lights! Don't the lights go off at 9pm? I would think that the location is certainly not for everyone--especially those who want a bit more privacy--but the "right personality" would love it!
Bonus: the stump was recently painted so new owner won't be harassed by Management with certified letters!
No commission wanted-- a bottle of my Fav Merlot will do!
