No announcement posted on slresort.net saying that SLohA has no business so a meeting is not necessary. I'd love to know why a corporation with a million dollar budget and 3 million dollars in assets has no business for 2 months! (I don't have nearly a million dollars and I have business every single month of the year!)
The Board obviously still does not consider the adoption of an unlawful business transaction between leery listerine and Virginia stab to be a legitimate reason to hold a business meeting. The transaction was signed in December 2016 and 8 months later, has not been ratified and incorporated as part of the official business of SLohA
