Many new and unknown vendors on this budget report.
Among others, KCNet has been paid hundreds of dollars for wifi services, VOIP and service calls. I think that cheaper service is probably available on the open market through other vendors but as we all know, there is a FAUX agreement on the table awaiting ratification by the Board. It is still not on the Board's Meeting Agenda for October. That is now 10 months since leery signed the papers with Virginia without board approval.
SLohA has now decided to name names when it comes to Legal Expenses and has spent over $12,000 this month and no longer references an internal file number, as in the past, but references the expense to a person. Soon, I expect they will be publishing Delinquency Lists and name all the names of owners who are behind on assessments. That person is considering asking their attorney to Cease and Desist the harassment. I don't know what S-bag is thinking. Or maybe this is just Toneesha's doing, since she is running things now.
The Reserve Sheet is inscrutable. It is showing zero expenses yet has a separate line item page listing some very large expenses with the notation "October 2018". Will someone please alert Accounting that we are still in 2017?
