This month marks the 18th month since the board permitted an unratified contract to go unrecognized and unapproved.
This contract was entered into in early Dec 2016 and SHOULD have been ratified prior to it being signed by Virginia stab and leery listerine.
Well, it SHOULD have been discussed with members before the contract was designed by the players.
However, the BOD might understand the members have the right to DECLINE the contract that is ratified/adopted. This is per the Homeowner Act. Perhaps that is why certain "investment interests" have declined to ratify the "contract". Maybe there are other agendas or future plans.
Anyway, it is still not Official Business of SLohA even though SLohA (YOUR MONEY!) is paying Virginia stab's Kay c Ntwerk for services provided to the Office.
KCNetwork pays ZERO to SLohA for the use of our common properties to put its towers on.
