Note to the board: S-bag Lake Resorts Inc, the original developer, has been gone for quite awhile and is NOT the owners of all lots shown on the Plats 1, 2 and 3.
If one is restating Covenants, one should UPDATE! That is what a restatement is. It appears that the restatement is not really a restatement, or it is an un-updated compilation of a sloppy mashup of original documents.
