I found it to be better organized in a familiar Windows fashion. I was mildly offended by the over-prominence of Stmbug Ixx on the front home page. This is, after all, a site paid for by the owners and Stmbug Ixx should not be advertising its "care" of it.
It's not completely up to date yet but most things from 2018 are there. I could not find the proposed 2019-20 proposed budget and there was a familiar button to access the drop down menu for a note to Stmbug Ixx, along with helpful hints to find the info yourself. There was a note that I would get a reply in 24 hours. Nice.
Not yet an Owner Bulletin feature enabled; my guess is there will never be. This looks like a Stmbug Ixx Show to me.
There is a Dashboard to let you Opt-in and Out with the familiar smartphone button. Watch this as most options are defaulted to "Opt IN" and you must shift the button to Off if you do not want to be inundated with notifications.
It has Fees Footprints all over it --to Stmbug Ixx. The website is launched just in time to welcome the anticipated onslaught of new amendments to enable Stmbug Ixx to issue CCR violations and collect fines, and log submitted architectural requests (most likely some fee will eventually attach to that too).
Oh and not to be forgotten; you can send your payments to Stmbug Ixx--probably with a service fee attached. (I have been doing this with my bank on a recurring payment schedule for 8 years FOR FREE! Maybe I will be fined for bypassing Stmbug Ixx's payment system...)
All in all, the new site is an improvement if the Admin for the site will maintain it consistently and logically and this has not been the case in the past! Hopefully, we will get better. Owners are paying a pretty penny for that!

I can't believe how "behind closed doors" this board of directors is along with Stmbug Ixx Inc. and our law firm that we pay for and they use.

Got an update email and went to see what was updated and see if I had email about the proposed 2019-20 budget. I had requested a pdf copy to post. (I can't post a paper).
Crickets... no pdf file.
Also, there does not appear to be any updating activity. A brief look showed no additional posts. Oddly, there was a single post under "BOD Agendas" for Jan 20, 2016.
So, I would make a suggestion to BOD; if you send out an update email, highlight the updates so one does not have to guess and search!

From the Managers report on the active website.
"Good Morning, I hope you have all had a great Weekend.
Last week many of you received notification of a new website for SLohA being
launched. The website was launched prematurely before being finished and before
the Board of Directors had an opportunity to review the functionality. The current
website service AtHome.net has been purchased by Frontsteps and will no longer
be supported in the future. Plans for a new website are being negotiated but are not
complete and should not have been released last week.
Since the release we were able to revert the website back to its current form and
spoke with Frontsteps and secured support for the current website through quarter
3 of this year to allow ample time for either a new site to finished that will support
SLR’s needs, or to find a new website provider. We apologize for the
inconvenience and confusion this caused. Please disregard any future notifications
from Fronsteps that aren’t paired with an announcement from management or the
Board of Directors."

Before the new one goes active,
1) a review of the functonality from or to the board should occur (including update plans) 2) any improvements should be complete or agreed plans for going ahead 3) the data migration should be complete 4) a plan that protects sblr data/site should sblr choose to change website providors or management companies 5) the old site should be renamed as a back-up 6) a plan to remove old site approved

In my opinion this here very website should be the best decision. For one, IT'S FREE, CONSTANTLY MONITORED (so questions get answered in a timely manner) TWO. ALL STATUTES ARE POSTED, NO SLIMY FALSE TRUTH'S OR OPINION THAT IS UNPROVEN TO BE ACCURATE. THREE. THERE IS ALREADY A LARGE HISTORY BASE OF SLR'S PROGRESS PLUS/MINUS OF HOW THE LAWS DICTATE.
FOUR: DID I MENTION IT'S FREE? IT'S ALL READY BEEN ESTABLISHED AND IT'S EASY TO FIND YOUR TOPIC OF INTEREST AND YOU GET TO POST YOUR COMMENT EVEN IF IT OPPOSES WHAT THE bod & lawyers WANT YOU TO BELIEVE WITHOUT STATUTES AND LAW OR PERSONAL DEMANDS.
YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS NOT CENSORED ON THIS SITE.

And...the answer is YES--leery and the rest of the board is very welcome to use the service of my FREE subscription with PROBOARDS for posting notices and records, as required by law, to this board until Management is able to get it together and competently find a new provider, migrate data, assure adequate security and test the new platform for user compatibility.
Fortunately, this website includes nearly all of the important and relevant records to S-bag's owners for the past 7 years and serves as both an organized archive of official and financial records, current records (which I assume you will email to owners at their request in the future until getting a new website up and running) as well as owner input into the general business and operations of the property in S-bag.
At the moment, this website is the only source of official record and notice information in S-bag. Owners have NOT given permission to S-bag to email their addresses from other sources except a community website that they signed up on. A community website is presumed to be private and signup is consent.
If you were previously signed up to the old website(s), I would be watchful of emails from entities you do not recognize. No one knows if Frontsteps or whoever "owned" the website(s) was give permission under the contract terms to share email addresses or resell them to 3rd and 4th parties. In all likelihood, I will know it immediately because I will receive an unsolicited email that is related to marketing community association business. This is always a risk of signing up for any incoming email notification and will be yet another hurdle--a self-inflicted wound--that the Association must overcome in a future web launch. Thank you, Management Company for placing one more obstacle to S-bag's communication with owners!
Board: you or your agent may either register as an entity and I would suggest that you do that and thereby differentiate corporate submissions from owner input. But, if you choose not to do that, may simply use the Saddlebagger/bagless Username/Password to comment on this site as you did above.
You're welcome!

For anyone who might have used the original S-bag website, slresort.net, it is back up and operating presumably until the new provider and website are functioning.
All the documents are not there yet; notably missing is the (2nd) corrected Restatement of Declaration. I am posting this separately under another thread, with comments.
