This is a meeting of the members to appeal to the Board to remove Chap from the property.

Below is my input via email to the office BOD, since I cannot be there in person.
To Board of Directors: Comment for Special Meeting April 3, 2019
My single interaction with Chap was an unpleasant confrontation, which involved him directing security to remove my "For Sale" sign from my property. Apparently this action was deliberate and selectively taken against me, as similarly placed For Sale Signs were still present around the property. I immediately phoned the office to have him replace the sign, after confirming with him directly that he had ordered Security to remove the sign after dark.
I then called the police to make are a report of the theft and trespass on my property. Chap immediately returned the sign and placed it back on my property in the place it had been and attempted to validate his action based on "rules". As everyone knows, there are no "rules" in S-bag and I pointed this out to him, citing the expiration of covenants and revitalization of covenants without Rules. He seemed to not know anything about this, which I found curious since he was CAM licensed and had been on the property a few months. I informed him that I had called the police to make a report and he seemed a bit miffed. However, under the circumstances of what appeared to be selective, I wanted to assure that there would not be a repetition of the behavior and wanted to document in the event I decided to make a complaint against his CAM license in the future.
This was not a good beginning and I do not know if it was a portent of things to come, but it would appear that Chap has experienced many misadventures with other owners in the park.
My overall impression was that he was inexperienced and learning on the job at the expense of the owner and he would just be a nuisance because apparently he did not learn to care about the basic operation of the park and there were no "rules" to try to enforce.
My further comment is that the OWNERS would benefit by having an EXPERIENCED CAM Manager here and further, would benefit by employing the manager rather than having to go beg a Management Company to remove their employee from our park via a petition and special meeting!
