The board tried to distance themselves from stab (uh, too little too late for THAT)! stab accepted that the lease entered between his wife, Virginia and leery listerine was terminated. After all that has happened, he talked about selling off his stuff to give Dale Scheeer. Not one word about reimbursing the many owners of Saddelbag who prepaid their accounts or a whisper of an apology to anyone. It has always been...and still is...ALL about Bb stab! Note to Secretary: In order for people to read the Correspondence Summary, they must have a PDF file. You posted in an expensive proprietary software format ie docx. Most do not pay the very high cost to purchase Word Software. Please post your reports in PDF format in the future so that all can read. I took the trouble to convert the format to PDF for this post. |

Interesting note from the Minutes
leery listerine already stated that the lease was terminated and that its termination was "recognized/accepted" by Bb stab in his own public remarks. Why is it now not terminated and why can't SLohA enter into a lease agreement to actually lease and get revenue from the towers? Bb stab (straw owner) and Virginia stab (owner) should not be given an opportunity to further deprive S-bag owners of lease income by whatever devices can be dreamed up by the stabs. stab has already stated he sold the mounted dishes to Dale Sheerer who now, it turns out, wants to lease SLohA towers from SLohA--presumably for dollars rather than empty promises and lies. It's about time those towers produced something of value to the community and be more than ugly steel monoliths to the stab Scam and Seizure of owners' common property.
I did note that the antenna towers and equipment have been removed from D Brnd's house and the signals are no longer broadcasting under the Brnd signal names, so I suppose he is no longer not earning a cent on the stab Scam! We can only hope that, if there is a new scam afoot, that at least the owners will derive some revenue to the reserves to maintain the towers and get a decent internet option package for the office and individuals who want to subscribe!
A look at the public records shows that the-right-solution LLC is actually The-Right-Solution USA LLC and is currently an inactive LLC entity, having been administratively dissolved in 2018.
