The website is trialing a new "announcement" type banner. This is a good think as the existing one is so hidden that no one even knows it is there. Might I suggest that one extra step be added to the Announcement; LINKS to the new documents! That way, readers can be updated from one page rather than having to go back and reopen the Home page to get the Banner back to reference the new items.
I have not yet checked how cumbersome that is but I will check. If I don't who will?
