Reports are rampant that IT is recruiting "spies" to patrol the driving range and BOLO (Be on Look Out) for Dangerous Doggie DooDoo Desparados.

It seems they have a number one target, "DOGS". The problem is that the Dog population can not speak back. How much have we spent on unnecessary DOG Signs? Most Dogs can not read signs.
The next Target could be CATS sitting in the windows. My Cat loves to go for walks, I keep her on a leash. But we can not find any catwalks in the Park.
The powers to be, have placed many cameras through out the Park. They do have their Eyes on us.

Holy Moly looks like we have another IT problem this summer! Too crazy that one can't make this up!!!
When T.S. Andrea hit, the drainage overflowed and that caused water to flood into an owner's house. Another owner popped by and said that was a problem that needs to be addressed. The owner of flooded house is afraid of IT and so called the county about the problem. The county came out saw that the drain put in by SLR maintenance was not to code nor did IT get a permit for the so called "fix" that was done last year.
So County man talked to IT and IT went to owner's house to see what the problem was. The Owner & owner's dog was on owner's land and IT was on the property next door. Then IT said owner's dog bit her. The owner wanted to look but IT wouldn't pull up her pant leg. Owner said they had a camera and wanted a picture of area that was bit. IT declared that it wasn't bad and no skin broken but still would not show owner. Owner noted that there was no hole in pants and that dog was in different area so the dog did NOT bite IT.
Owner knows that IT carries a huge grudge and thinks this might be some type of retaliation against said owner because county was called in regards to drainage leaking in to owner's home. Later IT brought a BOD member over to look at drain situation but nothing was mentioned about the so called "dog bite". But did say to owner it will take some time before a fix can be done due to budget issues. (Personally I call BS on this as it needs to be addressed ASAP since we are I rainy season. I would think owner could S u e if fix is not done in a timely manner)
Owner called the police due to being afraid that IT will claim "dog bite" when it did NOT happen. The police told the owner to contact Animal control and the owner said they would first thing on Monday.
My 2 cents: The BOD member that went over probably could care less as they are heading out of town for the next couple of months. The other Bod members that are here aren't worth the time it takes to look at them. I'd keep calling the county and draw up a bill for the Association for the repairs that will have to be made.

just another fine example of how the manager in here "takes care" of problems..
