The records request for total cost of the New Boat Dock/Pier was made on Nov.18,2013, by e-mail to: SLR manager, BOD President, BOD Secretary, & TS at S__________ Inc. To Whom it May Concern,
"As per FS720.303(4), providing for owners right to records, I am requesting the accumulated record of the planning and construction cost of the new boat dock/pier from 2012 to 2013, and necessary site work." "Please indicate what specific account all cost were taken from when providing the financial record, if this is not obvious from the report." Note: a list of 10 request was forward to the above.
On Nov.28,2013 a e-mail from Manager was sent to TS. T.......here we go again!!! Manager's time= 2 hrs
SLohA Dock Information: The Dock Cost Report (1-2 pages)
Note: November is not" reconciled " So Report is through October.
Cost of Dock through Oct. 2013 is aprox = "$156,000 plus"
(20 boat slips, 14 rented yearly @ $96.30 = $1,348 yr. income) 100 yrs. fr. now it could be paid for by boat slip rent.... Maybe more Info to come.. J a We Do Not Have A Budget Problem.... We Have "A Spending Problem" in SLR !!!
