In answer to your question, allow me to repeat my findings on "royalties" paid by cell phone companies. I am a retired municipal official. It is a common arrangement for cellular companies to pay a municipality an annual fee for the right to mount a "repeater" antenna on the city's water towers, emergency communication towers, etc. I recently contacted the Finance Director for the City of West Allis, Wis., the last city I worked for, to find out how much the city was currently receiving from the cellular companies. Here's what I was told. West Allis has two 100 ft. water towers, one on the east side and one on the west side. Currently five cellular companies pay an annual fee to the City for the use of these towers. The total annual revenue to the City from these five cellular companies is slightly over $200,000. Granted, the City of West Allis is in the center of the metro-Milwaukee area and the range of an antennae mounted on a 100 ft, tower is considerably greater that on a 30 ft tower. Nevertheless, it appears is missing an opportunity for significant revenue.

I find interesting that KCN employees have the bar code pass to enter our gate without signing in. Today I saw a youngster about 20 years old whip out a gate pass and enter the park in a green/white ford p/u. Odd how a owner can sign in their contractor and the manager calls 911, but an illegal business inside SLR is given 24/7 access to whoever has a gate pass.
Double standard makes manbod look stupid when they try to enforce dead rules owners who are clearly over 55 but then allow kids who work for KCN to have a pass.
Screw the rules from now on, manbod doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned.

Do KCN employees still have bar code passes. The BODs has been made aware of this security breach. These employees can come and go 24 hrs.a day x 7 days a week. The Board at the time, was not aware, (so they claimed), people who live outside of SLR have bar code passes, just like you & me. Great job security personnel. You do not make me feel safe. Just think about it, we have several people (young people) living outside of our Community, and they can come and go as they please. And our BODs and Management are not aware. What else are our leaders ignorant about? Do these young people also use the pool at night? Maybe go use our showers, after hrs.? But the Kay c--Net Business is outside of SLR,(Stated in BOD Mtg. Minutes) so why do we have several KCN servicemen going to Gray-Hackle at 8am and in the afternoons, several days a week? I must be missing something in my old age..

I just love SLR's Leeery's message, especially this part:(quote) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Board has been working behind the scenes "to tidy up" SLohA’s business relationship with KCnet and we soon expect to approve a lease agreement......... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
IMO, it maybe the right time to cH allenge the lower courts decision (NO Opinion Written) on the 1986 illegal Covenants recorded in Bartow. I surely would contribute to the cause.
