The Forum Board is exploding in size with over 1000 posts on many board categories, requiring readers to do excessive scrolling to access the ACTIVE boards.
Many Categories are temporarily inactive for various reasons--these can be "collapsed" and condensed into one blue banner line. Just CLICK on the blue banner and all the boards displayed beneath will miraculously be sucked up out of sight! (Clicking a second time will expand the Category back to the original size.)
When something is posted on a board within a "collapsed" Category, it will be noted at the bottom of the forum as "Read Recent Posts". Clicking on that will take you to a listing of current posts and the link to the board and the entire contents will display. (This is a little rougher for "guests" than for members, who have other features alerting them to new posts.)
Some basic jargon:
CATEGORY is a broad interest area, like "LAW" or "MAINTENANCE"
BOARD is a little bit more specific like "REDBOOK" (under LAW) or "TRASH & DEBRIS" (under MAINTENANCE)
THREADS are specific and usually about an issue or question like "BYLAWS" (under REDBOOK) or "SOILING SLR" (under MAINTENANCE)
POSTS are guests' comments and remarks related to the Thread--for example--Soiling SLR: "When is Management gonna make TT stop dropping their crap all over our roads?" or "What's up with those big dirt mountains back at the Dog Run?"
