O-Me... The Annexes Ceiling needs to be replaced, due to acoustics problem. Info from a good source. Commercial carpet would have helped also, it to will hide cracks in a concrete floor. Well, Live & Learn !!!

My guess is, when you use the Annex for 2 different activities, using the room divider, the sound is carrying through the divider. DB may have all of the answers, to your questions. As, DB put a lot of time into the building of the Annex. Project.
