That is good to know. Wouldn't it be nice if the Management Co actually communicated with owners in a timely and truthful way?

I should hope that they terminate the employee that is responsible for this; after all, remember this: they fired "Renzo" P. over wasting a few hundred gallons of water and some spa chemicals.

I would hope that anyone switching any valves and doing maintenance at our sewer plant, has taken a course on sewer plant operations in the state of Florida. Mistakes do happen... What worker was working on that day and was it on a Saturday?
