Oh and also, not worth mentioning, but the mange posted a very tiny printed manager's report on some slime-green colored paper, then stuck it way up at the top of both bulletin boards; I guess she doesn't want anyone reading her report. Never seen print that tiny before on her reports; geez, these are old people in here w/bad sight for heaven's sake!
Obviously, mange did this on purpose because of some axe she has to continue to grind with the residents.
A real puta!

Board Meeting 02-19-14
Projects in the works:
Storm drain boxes on the lakefront. 2 are done. Two more will be completed this month.
SWFWMD Water Use Permit renewal. D FrB has been contracted to complete the application and submit the renewal request for the new permit with SWFWMD. David and I have already attended the pre-application meeting with SWFWMD and David is continuing to gather the data required to process.
Replacing the sign at SR60. The Sign Committee is reviewing the suggestions submitted and
the survey of the parcel of land at SR60 where the SLR sign is located which was completed last week.
The tennis court repairs have been halted to re-access new damage happening over night due to an abundance of mushroom growth. Management is acquiring bids to address replacing the courts for the Board's review in the coming fiscal year. In the mean time tennis players are relegated to playing on court 3 only. Thanks so much to the residents for their patience.
Deee & Deee Tree will be in today to remove a dead tree and do some trimming.
