BOD is-once again-called out for ignoring the laws of SLohA. These laws are there for a reason--they protect the Association Members. If BOD ignores these laws, SLohA's insurance carrier may not compensate SLohA in the event of wrongdoing. The Members would then have no other remedy but to s ue directors individually for any loss resulting from willful failure to uphold the law. Ignoring the law is becoming a disturbing pattern lately. These laws--and others--must not continue to be circumvented for the convenience and self-service of board members.
Treasurer's Report: Financials are on website; things are going good; expenses under budget, everything is progressing well. Signors on account need to be updated with bank with accounts/lock box. Named the authorized signors included Peet Brdn, Pres, Chrly Mnc, VP, Alc Knttr, Sec, Stv Sthrd, Treas, D Brnd and B u d S t a ball.
