Thank goodness there is no UNOfficial Manager's Report to be confused with an OFFICIAL Manager's Report! There is ONLY ONE Manager's Report and that is always OFFICIAL and should all make us all breathe a sigh of relief!

We still have a list 7 of people waiting for recycle bins. We will have those orders filled by the end of the week. Thank you for your patience.
Also, your recycle day will change to Wednesdays, beginning April 1st.
Your assessment coupons normally sent out in March will be delayed until a resolution is reached concerning the ratification of the budget for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015. Additionally, because the coupons will be delayed, the 30 day grace period will also be extended to a date in mid May. You will be notified of the date as soon as the mailing goes out.
Additionally, I would like to remind everyone to please have your ballot in by Monday, April 7 at noon to have your vote counted in the Special Election for the 2014-2015 operating budget. The results will be announced at the Special Member's Meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the clubhouse. We hope to see you all there.
Your mailer will also include your “leaving S-bag" and “hurricane preparedness" information. It will also include an information flyer from the Rule Book Committee with information regarding the items they wish to address in the next election cycle (2014-2015) to improve the SLohA Covenants and Restrictions for today's living standards. Please read all materials carefully and follow the instructions which apply to you.
Your latest reconciled financials are available at the office or on the CHUG website for your records.
Congratulations to the residents and all who helped (too many to name) to make the SLR fun day such a success!
I would like to again thank Shn and Bth for their hard work in helping the Election Committee prepare for the upcoming special election as well as getting the additional materials ready for the spring mailer. Your dedication is much appreciated!
Thanks so much to Grdn Hrt, Bb Trmb, and Don Sct for their expertise in making our sound possible today and for every Board meeting.
I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome Peet Brdn as the new Board President, Chrly Mnc as the new Vice President, and Chrly Shlz as a new Director. Congratulations to all of you. Your willingness to serve your community is appreciated very much and I hope you and the collective Board enjoy the continued support of the residents as the Board's work is never-ending and sometimes very trying. We at Stmb Ixx, Inc. appreciate the opportunity to work with such fine individuals.
For those of you leaving soon to go north, safe travel and a happy summer to you. For the year around residents I look forward to seeing you all on the property!
Respectfully, Mln Krw
