All sales are homes, no lot sales. 3/8 were doubles with prices ranging from $75-91K (all waterfront) and the rest were singles (1 waterfront) from $18-56K.
This is only two month's activity but this is double the same period last year which had only 4 sales!
Taking out the "waterfront" units which skew average selling prices, the average selling price is $21,500. Will update this at the end of the season (end of April).
