It is Sad that SLR's Paving of our roads, did not get the same attention. Remember Mr.G, we will not pave over Dirt.

I see Bird Baths on the Court, 3 hours after the rain had stopped. Hopefully during the next phase of construction it will be leveled. U.S. Tennis Assn. Standards on puddles on courts, 45 minutes after the rain stops, a puddle of water can not cover the top of a Nickel. I have faith they will get it right.

Report Given at KK Mtg. Aug 17th
Managers' Report: Hello and Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a Great weekend!
Varsity Courts has finished the tennis courts. I had Tummy and Jhn walk the final inspection with me, and I have to say they look great. The tennis club should be very happy with the results. Dennis also gave Jhn instructions on how to handle cleaning the courts and avoid damage to the surface.

The above paragraph was taken from the Manager's Report given on Aug,17, 2017.
I am Sad to report the tennis court next to the KCNet Tower still has major problems. We had a storm on Aug. 29th., in the late afternoon, lots of rain. I just happen to go by the tennis court by the KCNet Tower. I was curious to see the results from the recent leveling repairs on that court. O-Me....
Yes, you guessed it right, we still have Bird Baths on both sides of the court. I would guess maybe 6 or 7 areas with standing water. This was observed about 2 hrs. after the rain had stopped. I just do not understand why most S-bag projects have to have a make over, once, sometimes 2 times before it is done right.
(quote) Chap stated; I had Tummy and Jhn walk the final inspection with me, and I have to say they look great. (end quote)
I personally do not have a clue how someone can walk on "any surface" and tell if the area has low spots, or the % of the grade. My suggestion is go to the the hardware store and purchase 4 lawn sprinklers, hookup 2 on each side of the net, let them run all night. "The next morning at 9 am. turn off the sprinklers, then wait one hour."
Now, at 10 am., walk the tennis court and look for any puddles that would cover a nickel (5 cents), use marking paint to outline the the puddles that cover the nickel. Then have the Vendor "Fix the Bird Baths", when the Vendor has stated all areas have been corrected. Then Repeat the over night lawn sprinkler test, as stated above.
To whom it may concern, maybe do some research on Tennis Courts ! How To _____ ?
