Maybe we are selling Top-Soil. Kwik-Curb around the palms, plus additional sprinkler heads. Who knows!!! ;-)

Whatever it is they are doing I sure hope they installed the EPA required silt fence along the lake shore before SLR gets hit with a big fine.

Could it be the home of the New Basketball Court?

Could it be the home of the New Basketball Court? It must be a new road so that the Ambulance can get closer to the dock and rescue folks since there have been 4 people fall in just this season.
Maybe if a few of "us" go to the dock and hang out then the manager will lock that up also. After all it is the presidents baby.

Who knows!!! ;-) Actually the Contractor (no name on truck) is putting the sod in the low spots of the Dog Run. This is to force the standing water further away from what the natural slope of drainage we used to have and to make the water go farther up hill to get to the ditch.
Maybe the Contractor should be named Bizzaro World Construction & Excavating .

Report is that the water shut off valve cannot be found and all this digging is to locate it.
Question: What is so urgent about the water shut off valve that the entire sodfield needs to be removed?

Why not just add a 2nd water shut-off valve. If this is truly the case. The valve that they can not find, one would assume it is in the open position. I can find the water lines with two 20" lengths of cooper wire....

A resident stated that when installing the fire hydrants at the dock, to much backfill was placed in the trench. The fill did not settle as expected, so the hump was removed and leveled. One would assume the next phase would be placement of new sod.
This is in my opinion, very bad timing for any digging projects at the Beach Area. Easter Sunday Sunrise services are scheduled for this coming Sunday. Hopefully this project will be 100% completed by Sunday.
