Attachment Deleted Sprinklers at the dog run installed to get the sewer grass to grow? (This is the where the excavated hazmat remnants of the sewer break was spread out instead of disposed of properly.) Why was employee time and Association money spent for this purpose when, a month from now, mother nature brings rain every afternoon and grass grows like crazy? A rhetorical question; I would not let my dog walk onto this nasty cessfield despite the directional arrow directing dogs to what will surely be a sewer marsh when the rain comes. Management spoils one more amenity...no mind, I just take her down to the Flyers field.

Its amazing to think we are paying 25 dollars extra in our fees so dogs can shit on green grass An act of brilliance by the local village idiot

This place also wastes a shit load of water in our other common areas as well--I've seen these areas soaked by rain storm(s) yet the sprinklers are on; I say if mother nature handles it; don't over water--have sprinkler system(s) shut-off during/after storms.

Maintenance Dept. built one Grande above ground soaking system. Hooking the system to the fire hydrant is a great idea, one hell of a system. That baby puts out the water, the elevation is off a little, but SLR can get water to flow up hill. I am going to try out my new remote control speedboat on Thursday..... One question; How many feet of PVC pipe did it take to cover a soccer size field? O-Yes, now I have an idea why we have low water pressure at time. :-) PS. Keep up the great work, it makes your boss proud....

All this while the management hired JCW to power wash several of our buildings in the back storage area on Tuesday of this week. Couldn't we have maintenance do that? Isn't that why the new budget included an increase of $40,000. for maintenance?
