It also has a How To on how to petition the FCC regarding a dispute over the manner in which it's rules are being enacted by Operators. FCC & Over-the-Air RuleAs you will read, the FCC rules do NOT usurp CID's control over common properties. The rule only relates to EXCLUSIVE USE property. Additionally, Polk County has its own regulation that permits personal use devices for ham operators and antenna towers cannot extend above 50 feet and must be onsite (the owner's property).
