The 5 ton AC unit in the recreation building was replaced on Friday. It was no longer repairable.
The AC unit at the office will be replaced this week. It is also no longer repairable.
The audit went well. The information the auditors collected will be processed and the findings will be distributed as soon as they are available. The completed audit booklet normally arrives in late June.
As a part of the SWFWMD Water Use Permit requirements, we have also updated our water conservation information and made it available at the office and on the CHUG website for your convenience.
It is the beginning of the 2014 hurricane season. I know you're all very excited about that! We have several informational items now available at the office for your convenience. The Polk County Fire Rescue hurricane preparedness info, the Polk County shelter info, the Special Needs shelter info, the Pet Friendly shelter info, and the 72 Hour Survival Kit Checklist! This information may also be accessed on the Polk County website, and later today on the CHUG website for your convenience! Be prepared and stay safe!
Shn is requesting that anyone who has a boat slip or storage lot and has not yet paid your rental fee, which was due on April 1st, to please submit your payment at the office at your earliest convenience.
Just a reminder, your latest reconciled financials are available at the office or on the CHUG website.
