Manager's Report : Good morning
Hope you all had a Happy Independence Day for all of our American friends and Happy Canada Day (July 1) for all of our Canadian friends!
LMK has begun working on the sewer laterals this a.m. The affected areas are posted and those owners on site who will be affected this week have been notified via a hand delivered notice as of last week. The affected areas this week are as follows:
S-bag TRAIL
AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSES :
July 7: 14, 41, 51, 70
July 8: 37, 58, 62
July 9: 29, 38, 42, 33
July 10: 21, 24, 27, 30
July 11: 15, 19, 22, 26
If you plan to be in residence on those days, please turn your water off at the meter while repairs are being performed. We appreciate your cooperation during this project.
Ardaman has gotten all of the tests results back and research done for the tennis courts. They are in the process of compiling the information in a report and hope to have it completed this week.
The Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the clubhouse has been canceled. There is a privileged Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Board room. That meeting is closed to owners.
