Managers' Report : Good morning
Violation letters will be going out this week for S-bag Trail, S-bag Trail North, S-bag Trail South, Pink Lady, Parson Tom, and Blue Quill.
LMK Pipe Renewal will be back on July 21 and July 28.
The repair schedule has been updated and those on site who are affected have been notified.
I will receive further updates later in the week.
The quarterly water statements were mailed out last week. If you think you may have a discrepancy please let the office know so that your water meter can be checked.
We have received the report from Ardaman and Associates concerning the tennis courts. The information is under review.

There was not any mention about tire and donuts tracks, behind the maintenance fence. A missed opportunity to get information about the weekend property vandalism. Someone may have notice something. But more violation letters (phase 2) are in the mail, no details about the violations subject.
