Managers' Report : Good morning
Maintenance has completed the repairs intended to do on the north waste plant before the previously scheduled contract work was to be done. The contract work has now been delayed until next year due to the timing of the engineer's instructions and the onset of the rainy season. The north plant is now up and running.
We are awaiting revised instructions from the geo-technical engineer for the tennis courts and hope to have them this week to forward to the contractors bidding the job. They will have 1 week to re-bid the project for the Board's review so as to quickly move forward with scheduling the work.
The Garden Club has D & D QukHerb coming in this week to begin the installation of the QukHerb at Memorial H all as previously approved by the Board and paid for by the Garden Club. Thanks so much to the Garden Club for their continued efforts to beautify the resort.
Some concrete work has been completed at the horse shoe pits to improve the safety of the playing area. The concrete was paid for by the Horse Shoe Club. Thanks so much to the Horse Shoe Club for their $1500. donation.
We are still awaiting 2 parts for the lagoon fountain. Will update on that as info comes available.
The updated information for LMK's sewer lateral work has been posted both on the website and the property, and those on site who live in the affected areas have been notified.
