Managers' Report : Good morning
The QukHerb that the Garden Club funded for Memorial H all is nearly complete.
It really looks stunning! The designers should be commended! And a big “thank you" once again to the Garden Club for their hard work and donations for the beautification of the resort!
LMK is progressing nicely with the sewer lateral work. They completed all but one item on last week's list. They will not be in this week, but will return on Monday, August 11. I will update you on the affected areas as the information comes available.
Stwd Elctc has picked up the lagoon fountain and taken it to their shop to do the rewiring and necessary repairs. I don't know how long it will take to complete and reinstall.
Play It Again Sports came in and did some minor repair and maintenance work on the gym equipment at the exercise building. Everything is now functioning according to specifications.
The front gate "in" gate is being operated manually and has been for the last week. TEM Systems (gate company) has parts on order (mother board) and will complete the repair asap.
