This is the most recent Declaration for renewal of general and scheduled premises liability insurance for SLohA which was attached to Stmbg Ixx's response to the Official Records request dated 9/8/14. Many questions came to my mind as a read this which purportedly addressed the issue of SLohA's insuring the 4 communications towers owned by K C Networks. It seemed curious that SLohA would schedule "sheds" under the policy but make no mention of 4 tall communications towers and related equipment which are obviously premises liability structures. However, this was consistent with the general denial of ownership of the towers by SLohA. However, it is NOT DENIED that SLohA is insuring the towers. The followup Official Records Request (9/10/14) seeks documentation which may or may not exist regarding an easement for these towers to be situated on common property and an indemnification of SLohA for damages which might result in excess of general premises liability insurance. Such indeminfication would be prudent business conduct and protect SLohA against claims made by others in the event of catastrophic damage and/or injury. Members should be aware that 3rd parties are leasing these towers and supply service to hundreds of subscribers outside S-bag. Additonally, the schedule of owned assets does not appear to be consistent with the equipment owned by SLohA at this time.

It looks like some of SLohA's maintenance equipment is not on the Equipment List. We have equipment from 1993 insured, but I do not see any recent Jhn-Deere equipment on the list. We do own said equipment, or are we "leasing" maintenance equipment? This Policy looks very dated.

I am appalled by the "SLohA" response to Mr. A.. request for records. Especially that the response was written by Toneesha. I also would like to know on whose authority she wrote this.

IF WE AS RESIDENTS (SLohA) DO NOT HOLD TITLE TO EACH ITEM NOTED ON THE INSURANCE SHEET OR ITEMS ARE NOT NOTED SPECIFICALLY AS COVERED, THAN IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ANY OF OUR INVENTORY OR SOMEONE USING THAT EQUIPMENT AND WE FILED A CLAIM, WE ARE GOING TO HAVE OUR CLAIM DENIED. MY OWN HOME OWNERS POLICE IS VERY SPECIFIC THAT WAY. ISN'T YOURS? THIS IS WHY WE PAY MANAGEMENT BIG BUCKS TO KEEP THINGS UPDATED. THIS IS MUCH MORE SERIOUS THAN PAINTING GARBAGE STUMPS.
