This Report is from todays KK Meeting 9/22/14;
Managers' Report : Good morning
The lagoon fountain repair is nearly completed. They are waiting for one item for the motor and will reinstall it as soon as possible.
Varsity Courts has begun the tennis court project. Please understand that the tennis court area is a heavy equipment construction zone. It is taped off with caution tape. For your safety, please avoid that area as you go about your business on the property.
According to the Florida State Statute governing pools and spas (Chpt 64-E), Under the Fair Housing Act, a privately owned residential community must provide a barrier-free pathway up to the edge of a pool. That does not include a safety fence and /or gates surrounding the pool. SLohA has provided 6 gates to enter the pool deck, 2 of which have handicapped parking, marked as such, directly next to them. The handicapped parking spots are marked with blue paint. None of these handicapped parking spots require greenway access to get to them. I hope that helps to clear up any confusion about the location of handicap parking at the pool.
