From the Sept 22, 2014 KK "Mamager's Report":
Does anyone know that the heck she is talking about here? What part of the Fair Housing Act addresses access to a pool? (Sounds like her typical Mumble-Jumble-Speak to me.) Was anyone confused about handicap parking at the pool? What does the greenway have to do with anything? Does someone know if there is missing context to this inscrutable remark?
Pool access for persons with disabilities is addressed by the ADA:
2. What sections of ADA apply to swimming pools, wading pools and spas?
a. Title II (Public Industry) – Title II prohibits disability discrimination by all public entities at the local and state levels. Examples of Title II entities include school districts, municipalities, cities, and counties.
b. Title III (Private Industry) – Title III prohibits disability discrimination by any place of public accommodation (commercial facilities). Examples of Title III entities include a place of recreation, a place of education, and a place of lodging. More information on what constitutes a public accommodation will be forthcoming in a separate document.
The Health Department is the Agency responsible for the building, safety and maintenance of pools under chapter FS64E.

Thus, if your property butts up to the greenway you may access the pool and use your golf cart to get to the gate. Also, if you Grnt permission to a neighbor to go through your property that person has the same greenway access. WHAT IS COMPLICATED ABOUT THOSE FACTS? Please management and Board get a new agenda.

Thanks for clarifying that though I still don't understand the rant about handicapped parking lots and blue paint. Makes sense to me that if your home abuts the pool/Clubhouse, that you could use the greenway as a shortcut rather than going a mile around the complex. Is this yet another example of overreaction by the Board? Also, it looks like in the past, the Board was reasonable and allowed the people who BOUGHT the property and PAID for the property to actually USE and ENJOY the property.
Is "pleasurable use of common property" a thing of the past until this MANBOD becomes a distasteful memory in the annals of S-bag history?

With false reports to police and other questionable activities, bars may be only a matter of time...

Dbag told me that when I bought in here (SLR) that I signed papers that basically waved all my rights. This was on Monday 22nd, 2014
I can only laugh at this pathetic lump of crap! I want dbag to bring me that paper I signed waiving ALL my Constitutional rights, my American w/Disability Act (ADA) Rights, Civil Rights and so on.
This is what this windbag is all about, talking without thinking, or is it that since he is a board member he thinks he rules over everyone and can get away with chronic diarrhea of the mouth syndrome?
Our other BOD, Peety Braindead (President) said that MY property line begins in the middle of the street. BOLLOX! He is another guy without honor or brain cells and chronic diarrhea of the mouth.
Don't mean to offend anyone other than the two Sh*t for brains BODs mentioned above.
When there are people who feel that they have absolute power over others but are nothing more than a windbag spewing noxious gas out of their mouth every time they open it they must be called out.
This winter season I promise to do my very best to inform and educate every resident about this BOD. It wont be just talk because I have actual and factual data to prove what I say. Along with video of their actions, Police Reports I have acquired, eye witness testimony and MORE!
Take notice BODs, Jm Grnt shuts you down each and every time even when you bring 6 uniformed officers. If that doesn't say you are powerless then you must be stupid. Kind of goes w/o saying.
Anytime any management wants a go at me BRING IT! I have shut you all down time after time and you know it.
Men without Honor deserve NO RESPECT and that specifically points to norlee and peety. OH, and that other dude M. e. l..

They are one of the privileged Board families that control the lives of others. They have management now locking that gate. Please make arrangements to be airlifted from the far side of the parking lot as our guys playing billiards have taken up all the golf cart spots, including the handicapped. Miss dumb blonde at 499, it isn't broken.
