NEWS FLASH! THE LIFT STATION MOTOR ON BLUE QUILL (recently bragged about being "rewound") has failed.
Employees and Stwd Elctc are on the scene @ 8pm Wednesday 9-24-2014.
Ask your BODs as to why we don't buy NEW MOTORS instead of paying late night call outs to fix low quality rebuilt motors that fail.

This is just yet another way for them to say something like: "We're trying to save you all money..."
Well, now, when they say this, it's just more of our money for THEM to WASTE...

I thought the problem was on BLUE QUILL; does anyone know why Brooker is setting up shop at the Annex Lift Station? I expect the mangy Lot Lizard will blame residents once more for flushing strapping tape and other materials no one in their right mind would ever consider putting through their plumbing.

It looks like the Annex lift station has pump problems. They have a trailer with a motor & pump hooked up as a temporary fix. They had made some changes to this sewer lift station, back in the Spring. The problem could be, they are trying to fit a 8" square peg into a 6" pipe. I do believe the Engineer knows what is the problem and the correct fix. Big Bucks Fix is the 2nd problem. I could be "All Wet" on this lift station.
