To all owners, renters, and visitors of S-bag Lake Owners Association, Inc.,
The SLohA office, maintenance department, and security team are employed by the Association. They operate under the guidelines set forth by the SLohA Governing Documents and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors, the volunteers elected by the Members to represent them, has charged the management company, Stmbg Ixx, Inc., with the oversight of the employees and day to day operations of the Resort.
The SLohA business office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p. m .
If you have official business to conduct please do so during these hours. If you have a complaint or a suggestion for the Board or management, there is a complaint and suggestion form available in the office. In an effort to streamline the process and prevent miscommunications and confrontations, we ask that the complaints and suggestions be in written format. If it is a complaint and/or suggestion which can be addressed by the Board or management, you will be notified of the procedure, timeframe, and outcome . If you write a letter to the Board and/or management you may turn it in at the office . It will be date stamped and forwarded to the Board and/or management for their review and addressed accordingly as per the normal procedure.
Due to recent events, management wishes to remind all owners to refrain from involving the Association's office, maintenance, and patrol employees in any personal issues or complaints. For some tirne, the staff, Board of Directors, and management has been enduring unacceptable name calling, screaming, and threats for matters which have nothing to do with their day to day operations. In many cases, the screaming threats and name calling are a result of misinformed individuals. The Association's job is to do everything possible to provide a safe and harassment free environment to its employees so that they may concentrate on operating the facilities which are crucial to maintaining this lovely community. The previously stated avenues are available to owners to voice complaints and suggestions. Disruption of the day to day operations and its employees is not an available nor an acceptable avenue and will no longer be tolerated. Please understand, this is for the safety of everyone involved. There are over 700 owners in this community, all with differing opinions and viewpoints . Rest assured, that the Association, via its Board of Directors, is doing everything to operate this community to the best of their ability . If the actions of some do not desist, the Association will be forced to take action to protect their employees and prevent continuous confrontations. Please allow the Board and Legal team to guide the Association through the issues so that they may never be brought forth again and we can all continue to enjoy this beautiful community.

Message to Miss Mamager: You are not the decider-queen bee in here. You are a hired hand. Owners will talk to whoever they want whenever they want. If employees are properly trained and instructed, they will refer the owner to the office appropriately when approached by an owner. WE pay their salaries and have the right to speak to these folks. I am certain they are not threatened by casual questions, though you would have everyone believe otherwise.
This community is not an ARMED ENCAMPMENT for you to work out your emotional issues.
I do not believe a word that comes out of your piehole. (This is not a recent development).
Owners are not threatening, screaming and calling out names to the employees. That's all you do--yell accusations--STALK!!! HARASS!!! You attempt to intimidate the elderly in here with your threats of retaliation i.e. " If the actions of some do not desist, the Association will be forced to take action".
However, the Owners are being stalked, intruded upon, publicly assaulted, publicly insulted, and accused of non-existent activities by you and the BOD gang of 9. Vicious obscenities screamed at owners by one employee--your pawn, Tiny Teary! Another targeted owner assaulted by a Director's vehicle! And you and your ilk DO NOTHING to protect the health and welfare of owners!
I suppose your next little letter will forbid talking to Lorenzo, KCN workers, your personal Abuse Committees, the Mail Clerk and the UPS delivery guy. Go ahead and take your "action". You are an obnoxious bully with a windbag for a mouth and a sorry excuse for a licensed professional!
