This Trash Bulletin was posted on Chug's Site. Under BODs. TT LAWN WASTE PICK UP GUIDELINES: November 13, 2014 TT, the SLohA contracted waste pickup and disposal company, curbside lawn waste pick up guidelines are as follows: A maximum amount of 8 yards of lawn waste (2 truck buckets) per unit, cut into maximum lengths of 4 feet and bundled, or random debris properly bagged, will be picked up curbside. That is twice the allowable national average for waste disposal companies. Should you have more than the allowable maximum amount of lawn waste you will need to call TT at 863-875-7830 to get pricing and arrange for a special pick up and contract directly with them to do so. Your other alternative is to take your waste to the County Landfill in Winter Hayvn. They will charge you a dump fee determined by the weight of your items to be dumped.

There is a simple solution to the Lawn & Tree waste we seem to have at least once a year. I wont go into detail as I don't want the back slappers to take credit for my solution.
When the time is right I will hand over my written detailed problem solver to the right leadership, I have it ready and sitting in a file waiting to be mentioned in a workshop and hopefully approved using only common sense and logic.
The needs of this community are being ignored and the wants of a few self serving zombies seem to be the priority.

From CHUG 11/13/14:
These guidelines are good to know.
Now, I would like to know the correct protocol to report the putrid liquid debris being puddled on the road with each stop.
After stopping, TT leaves a crumb trail of liquid garbage droplets behind it as it travels throughout the park.
When this happens 3 times per week, the trail of nasty liquid accumulates on the road. I and my dog have to walk around it to keep from tracking TT's crud into the house.
The Environmentalist previously reported this directly to TT and it seemed to help, but that was obviously a temporary fix. I believe that someone also reported the road slop (hydraulic oil spills) to the Mamager several months ago and the complaint was ignored (correct me if I my memory is wrong on this, please). Would the Florida EPA be the responsible oversight and regulatory agency for this kind of problem?
So please BOD's, advise us helpless folks who we should call to clean up the hazardous waste deposited on our streets by TT (at all hours--they are routinely collecting on our roads way after "Contractor Hours" and don't seem to be properly-equipped capacity-wise to pick up ALL the debris).

If one is over the limit for Yard Waste, just hold it back and bundle the waste for the next pick-up. I also agree, SLohA roads are looking bad, in more ways then one. Plus, in the end it is still the same amount of trash/waste at the end of the month.

I wonder if anyone will post on CHUG that the TT once again FAILED to clear the lawn/leaf bags, piles of brush and trimmings for the 4th week in a row ALONG WITH HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE.
I would say that maybe we all should haul our trash to the front parking lot and leave it there, that might send the message.

I suppose the realtor picked the wrong weekend for the tour of homes for sale with all the garbage still on the streets.
