MEDIATION STATEMENT
The S-bag Lake Owners' Association, Inc. along with Susan Tg, Gngr Astn and Lra Tmyk, are working cooperatively together for the betterment of the Association, have reached a mutually acceptable agreement resolving the issues raised in Case 2014-CA-001257 and 2014-CA-2608, respectfully. While a limited issue remains, which until resolved will halt the current revitalization process, such issue will be resolved pursuant to a later court ruling. Following the ruling, the revitalization will proceed in accordance with the court's ruling.
