Attachment DeletedNice work ethic! Great management oversight! Here is Teary working hard while on duty at the SLohA Office Computer. He took the photo at the office and posted on FaceBook. He seems to enjoy working his security job. Wonder how many viruses were installed on SLohA computer and how many email addresses were hacked by FB third parties during worktime spent on SLohA equipment?

"EEOC, Joint and Several Liability, Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Threats, Retaliation."
Key words from a (SoFlo) Palm Beach Condo and HOA Expo seminar just attended yesterday, March 25, 2015. Associations are workplaces and fall under the jurisdiction of EEOC. MANBODs are jointly and severally liable for illegal, threatening and harassing activity that takes place on and off site. From personal experience about fifteen years ago, an EEOC complaint does not require an attorney but you must make sure you file all records and papers properly. EEOC works, they do not take any crap and if the case dictates they seek financial retribution and damages.

Grnt, you hide behind all the cxxxx and run from a fight. What kind of pxxx are you? You will be alone some day and I will have a witness that you swung first and you will have to fight me. Can't wait. Maybe that cow (S u e) you hang with will come to your aide or maybe the lesbians. This comes from our weekend mid-shift Security "person". And I use the word "person" very loosely, today as I entered the park I happened past T.H., our in park security "person" who yelled "FxxK YOU" and then laughed, is this what we want in SLR? Does the Board Prez. Support this type of vulgar mentality? Would our NEW Manager condone this sort of treatment of the very people that support his job and to keep Stmbg Ixx on the payroll?
I guess you should ask if "one voice, one mind, one misguided person/president, one nasty/foul mouthed security person/personnel is what we want or need for all of us in SLR from this point on?" Should we allow one or maybe two people in SLR to set ALL of us owners up for more lawsuits and higher fees? But then you will all just vote YES to let more misguided $ to be siphoned from your collective pockets because you really don't want to think about it........One voice, one community, one BIG problem.
I think we need to all pull together, make smart choices and not allow ignorant and self serving "people" make us all pay higher & higher costs due to their inability to look beyond their own personal pettiness & destroy what SLR was and may still be.
Get involved, don't let others make bad choices that cost us all everything in the very near future. Remember, the MANBOD'S lawyer fees are paid by OUR dues and also, you all just voted to increase our fees w/out any proof that the H2O bill increase was the real/honest reason and w/out any proof from the manbod . What will be the reason for another increase next year?
Pressure the Manager-BOD to "clean up their act" by getting a professional security staff that is Badged/Licensed-Bonded & Professional. It will be cheaper later down the road to just be rid of one security staff member who is a known problem, has made threats to "burn down 66 SS before they move in to their new home".
One voice should ask itself, "WHY IS Teary Hayvn STILL EMPLOYED HERE?"

It seems to me that, instead of playing "toy cops" the security patrol could provide a genuine service to our community by keeping a lookout for any signs that a resident may be having a medical emergency.

AlaskaJim posted: Failure to CONDEMN and CONTROL this type of antisocial activity by an employee or agent is the same as CONDONING the behavior and makes every member and managing agent of the corporation liable for penalties that may be levied against the corporation and directors personally. Leaders should pay attention; the outside world is watching S-bag--and not in a good way.
What's in YOUR wallet to pay for increased assessment fees next year for increased Security costs and Legal Fees?

Security could do foot patrols and watch out for all that vandalism that the office reports... security and non-security services that could be provided are limited only by the imagination of management.
